Accommodation  : There are two units available; A 6 sleeper unit with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. This cottage also has a lounge with a sleeper couch that can sleep another two persons if required.

Then there is also a 2 sleeper unit with 2 single beds or double bed on request, with its own fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. Both units have their own bathrooms.

The geographic location of the Cottage makes it suitable for rustic accommodation for the visiting businessman or for the family that want to experience life on a working Karoo farm.

Camping is provided for on the farm. The campsites are grassed with shade. It is suitable for overnight camping and/or weekend camping.  Each site has a braai area.  There's a flush toilet and a hot shower. (gas). Electricity available on request.
 

The farm offers a wide variety of activities. Apart from the usual farm animals such as horses, sheep, cattle there are also various species of game such as Kudu, Eland, Blesbuck, Impala, Springbuck and Klipspringers on the farm.
 

The well known landmark, Aasvoëlberg is located on Finchley Farm and offers guests numerous activities such as hiking, mountain climbing, hang gliding, mountain biking and 4x4 and 4x2 tracks. For those who do not have a suitable vehicle to drive on the farm tracks a Land Rover can be hired for use on the farm.

Guests can drive or hike to the top of Aasvoëlberg where they will find a rich variety of flora (Proteas and fynbos) as well as magnificent rock formations, fountains, waterfalls and mountain streams. Birdlife is abundant and birdwatchers will not be disappointed.

There are also a farm dams where anglers will find Karp and Silver Fish. There are numerous spots on the farm where visitors can picnic and for those who are self supporting, scenic camping spots.

We offer hunting for those who want to spend a great day in the bush. Father and son teams welcome, families and those hunters with sober habits. Prices are fixed i.e: day rates and per species.
